Lentera, Bungo – <\/em><\/strong>Polres Bungo mengamankan sembilan unit kendaraan roda empat yang diduga digunakan untuk mengangkut bahan bakar minyak (BBM) subsidi secara ilegal. Tujuh di antaranya merupakan minibus jenis Panther, sementara dua lainnya adalah truk. Kendaraan-kendaraan ini diamankan saat razia yang digelar pada Kamis (15\/5), menyusul banyaknya laporan masyarakat terkait aktivitas pelangsiran BBM di sejumlah SPBU di Kabupaten Bungo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Kapolres Bungo, AKBP Natalena Eko Cahyono menjelaskan bahwa razia ini merupakan respons atas keluhan warga mengenai antrean panjang di SPBU Candika, SPBU Pal 3, dan SPBU Pal 9. Selain mengganggu pengguna jalan, kendaraan-kendaraan ini juga diduga terkait dengan aktivitas Penambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cBenar, sembilan kendaraan kami amankan dalam razia hari ini. Setelah dilakukan pengecekan, ditemukan bahwa tangki kendaraan telah dimodifikasi, bahkan ada yang plat nomornya tidak sesuai dan tidak layak jalan,\u201d ujar AKBP Natalena.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Dalam pemeriksaan, petugas Satlantas juga mengecek barcode kendaraan yang mengisi BBM subsidi untuk mencocokkan dengan nomor polisi. Selain itu, dicek pula kelayakan kendaraan, termasuk kondisi lampu sein yang tidak berfungsi dan surat-surat kendaraan yang tidak lengkap.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Beberapa kendaraan diketahui ditinggalkan pemiliknya saat hendak melarikan diri dari antrean, diduga karena menyadari keberadaan petugas. Kesembilan kendaraan tersebut kini diamankan di Mapolres Bungo sebagai barang bukti untuk penyelidikan lebih lanjut.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Kapolres Bungo menegaskan bahwa tindakan ini merupakan bagian dari program \u201cZero PETI\u201d dan upaya Polres Bungo dalam mendukung Polri Presisi. Ia juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk tidak melakukan pelanggaran hukum, khususnya dalam penyelewengan distribusi BBM subsidi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cKami sudah perintahkan seluruh Kapolsek untuk menindak tegas kendaraan jenis truk maupun Panther yang diduga menimbun BBM. Penindakan ini akan terus dilakukan secara rutin dan transparan,\u201d tambah Kapolres.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Perlu diketahui, modifikasi tangki BBM yang mengubah tipe kendaraan merupakan pelanggaran hukum berdasarkan Pasal 277 UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, dengan ancaman pidana penjara hingga satu tahun atau denda maksimal Rp24 juta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
